At-home Pilates

Service Description

Each session includes: • A personalised one-hour Pilates session, either individually, with a partner or in a small group of up to three people, at your home or the location of your choice. • All the necessary small training equipment, including an exercise mat, dumbbells, ankle and wrist weights, resistance bands and TRX equipment. • Exercises tailored to your fitness level, goals, mobility and posture. • A personalised exercise programme for business trips, travel or holidays, when required. Thanks to the French CESU+ personal services scheme and its immediate tax credit, eligible clients pay €55 per hour, or €45 per hour for clients aged over 80 and their spouse or partner, subject to eligibility and applicable annual limits. International clients and Monaco residents can book directly at the standard rate of €80 per hour.
